I've been there quite often, and I've never had any bad customer service experience, as I seem to see in the reviews. Went in last night, and Josh took care of me. He was awesome and honest and very knowledgeable, and he suggested a product that finally gives me the high I'm looking for. Josh listened to my needs and came through with the best I've had yet. Today was my first visit. The woman at the counter explained my first-visit "perks" and asked if I was referred by someone, so they could get credit. She was very helpful. Then I was directed to Jared, who took me to the shop and asked me what I was looking for. I had a couple items already picked out, so he got them for me easily and quickly. And then he answered my questions and made suggestions for the other items I was interested in. He was friendly, happy and knowledgeable. He took the time to explain things when I asked, but was never pushy like a sales person. I will recommend Jars to others in the future.

Silk B is a top notch bud tender! If I could give him a higher rating I would. Always friendly, makes me feel super comfortable when I walk in. Always takes his time and listens to make sure I get exactly what I need. Makes great suggestions, and works it out to make sure I always get a good deal. Told homie my budget was $105 today; still managed to get me what I was looking for, $105 on the dot! Thank you, Silk!!! Much love!
