I do not often write reviews but I could not let my experience pass without sharing. In my life I have NEVER had such terrible customer service or interaction with an employee. The employee working was so rude and failed to help me at all, in fact acting as if I was bothering her when asking questions. She remained on a personal call the entire time I was in the store. When asked she "claimed" it was a work related call with a customer but clearly it was not as she was on her cell phone. She was unkind, confrontational and will be the only reason I never return to that store and highly encourage others to steer clear. As a professional in the healthcare industry I only hope none of my employees ever treat a customer like this!

Under New Management! Wow do they know customer service. Staff were so helpful and knowledgeable. Answered all my questions. They recommended NutraBio isolate protein & Creatine. Working so well with my current training regimen. Thank you guys so much! Best GNC I’ve ever been to. 5⭐️

This store is an embarrassment. The owner/manager is literally one of the least knowledgeable people I've ever seen in the Health space. I appreciate the closeness of the Latin, but with empty shelves, lack-luster help and knowledge; I fear this store will be closed soon. I left and went to the Southfield location for EXCELLENT service.

Under new management!!! Very nice to have an organized GNC in my backyard!!! Staff is very knowledgeable and the prices are fantastic. Good deals for the grand opening!!!
