I have been going here for over 10 years and have never been treated better anywhere.This place and the people in it are a breath of fresh air in this crazy world we live in.

Everybody is so friendly and helpful. They don't make you feel like you're wasting their time with questions or asking for opinions. Update 4/25/2022. There is a new employee there that has made me want to stop going there. The last 2 times I went in, she had a real attitude. Was not friendly, honestly made me uncomfortable and unwelcome. I hate to sound like "one of those" customers, but I feel like someone should know that this person is possibly scaring off customers with their attitude. I usually go in there to just browse, or I'm in and out. The last two times I was in and out and she was still rushing me, answering my questions sarcastically, just making me feel unwelcome in general. I just get the feeling like I'm wasting their time, and they have better things to do than to deal with customers. EVERYONE else is still nice and helpful, but for some reason, this person either doesn't like me personally, or just doesn't like their job. If they're there the next time I go in, I'll just politely leave and go to the next Kratom place. Thanks!

Amazing selection. They have hundreds of glass pieces to oogle. I chose a side car. The mile long counter/display case holds more treasures. Trying to enter? When in doubt turn right 😁 It's like a driving skill challenge to hit this place, then McDonald's in one shot without a map at night in the rain 😞.

Best smoke shop around. I find all the right stuff for all the right prices. Staff is nice and welcoming every dang time.
