The vape is still burning even after I quit the puff and is making a sizzling noise and you can see the light on as if I’m still smoking it. I shouldn’t have to come back the next day as he suggested to exchange it if it is defective, the exchange should happen right then. This place won’t be in business long and it’s not even the same owner anymore it’s some Indians now. This is sad customer service and I won’t be back. I told him I buy these all the time and I know how they work. People aren’t going to deal with shady companies like this so their days are number. Bye bye to easy smoke

I've been going to this shop for months and have always had good experiences. However, today was not the case. I always purchase 2 bottles of the same e-liquid. The price hasn't changed yet I was charged almost $5 dollars over what I usually pay. When questioned about this, the lady said if I don't like it I can go somewhere else. I think that is an excellent suggestion ma'am. Thank you.

5 stars so you will see this review and use CAUTION! Store seems decent enough however after stopping in to buy 2 packs of Marlboro blacks 100’s my friend was charge $19.87. Thinking this was a mistake because the price is almost 6 dollars higher than 2 packs anywhere else around here they inform her the price is over $9 per pack. My friend had questioned why there wasn’t prices by those cigarettes. So if your looking to get a lower price on items this kind of up charging for higher profit has me telling you to go somewhere else!

You gotta check this place out! We had the pleasure of shopping here by circumstance. We were actually looking for a computer store but decided drop in and check this place out. Glad we did. Great place! Very clean and orderly and actually smelled nice. Not like other smoke shops I've been in. None have been this clean. Seems they have just about anything you may want or need for smoking or vaping. A ton of pipes, bongs, hookahs, and any other device you can imagine. For a small shop they have jam packed with products and it's remarkable just how organized and well kept it is. Vapor products galore, all the top brands of devices and juices. Competetive prices on the items I checked out. Juice Head prices were almost identical to the website price at a competitors online store. We met one lovely employee Sue. She was very polite, extremely helpful, and patient as we weren't sure what we wanted to buy. She was very knowledgeable. We ended up sticking around and talking to her for bit.
