Bath Body Works - Westminster, MD | Cannabis Shop

Our new Bath and Body store in Westminster is an absolute pleasure to shop in. Employees are very pleasant and helpful. One of the employees, Amber, assisted us in finding what we were looking for. She was an absolute delight to work with and went out of her way to search the back room for an item we wanted. Excallent customer service!

Disappointed in the new store. Bath and body is changing. I was excited until I was on the phone for 40 min with customer service over a defective wall flower. They had an even exchange policy where you could swap items in the event you’re finding you like to switch it up ( buying too much at once) or an item is defective. Now you jump through hoops and frankly it’s insane. I will stop supporting this company. Period.
*update: I’ve received a gift card, new items, and everything has been made good by me by an associate named Felix over the phone. I will go back because I feel like my concerns were actually heard this time and I was taken seriously. *
