The customer service is really good and all the employees are really nice, but I came in today and made a purchase and this is the 2nd time where the product wasn’t to my satisfaction. There was one time I made a purchase that I was happy with and every time I’ve returned to repurchase, that item has been out of stock. I’ve called to ask when it will be restocked and I have yet to be given a definitive answer. I’ve tried two different items that I was recommended by an employee to replace the one I was looking for and both of my purchases were unsatisfactory. Due to there being no refund or exchange policy, I will not be returning again.

I was surprised to see how great this smoke shop is in the customer service department. AJ is the guy that helped me out and is very helpful when I called ahead and asked about the flavors they had he specifically held me the last blueberry mint flavors I bought 4 of them. Great guy and highly recommend shopping here.
