Customer service was great. Journey helped assist me with the items I needed. She was knowledgeable and polite at 11p on a Sunday. Love the hours for any unexpected damages and/or needed supplies. Highly recommend.

Well, review changed. I spent almost $100 on vape mod accessories that I told the lady I wasn't sure I needed. She assured me that as long as I didn't open the coils or the vape charger I could return them if I found mine at home. I went to return them today with receipt in hand and the little girl in the store was extremely disrespectful and rude when I asked to return them, even after I told her I was told by another employee a few days prior I could. I get not returning juices or disposable mods, but any sealed accessories seems like a bit much. Especially when employees tell you you can return them!

Ummm! Yep, just as great as the Newnan location. Katie is so sweet and helpful. Her whole vibe is calming and caring. It is hard to keep great employees. Good job VF!
