My experience at this specific store is always nothing short of spectacular. Z is a Goddess, graceful, helpful, empathetic, compassionate, charismatic… And let's be honest easy on the eyes. This shop has consistently gone above and beyond and well, there may be two dozen smoke shops between my house in here. It's definitely worth the trip.

Hours wrong. Takes like 2 minutes to update your hours. Hours wrong on the website too. Basic customer service is lacking. Everyone doesn’t live in the area, so you would think businesses would realize that Google/yelp/your company website is some people’s only way to figure out your hours. Great reviews brought me here, but lack of accurate hours brought me back to my go-to on North Ave. Not sure why my review doesn’t show up but it’s clear that they are muting negative reviews.
