Customer service outstanding Everything you need is in this store

I want to start by saying the pervious owner was very helpful in assisting me on my journey to learning new herbs. Today the new owner was not helpful.I come to this location frequently and the times I have come she was helpful but her patience was not there for my new herb adventures. BUT her attitude was NOT there at all today. The store was busy and I waited while she helped several customers in front of me, and she never acknowledged me. I continued to be patient and got back in line. When it was my turn, I asked her if I could ask her a few questions and she insisted on me staying in line, while I asked my questions. While I was asking my questions, she acted as if I was bothering her with my questions. I was able to ask one question without a full understanding and she moved on to the next customer. Instead of explaining my concern, I put the products back in there spots and left to write a review. While I was leaving, I able to verify with another customer who was in line with me, if she heard or felt the same thing and she agreed. I normally give a business a few chances before reaching this point but my experiences have not been good. Because of my experiences I will no longer be spending my money here. I hope that after reading this review she will change her attitude and be more helpful to customers wanting learn about improving their health.

I love this place. She is very knowledgeable and knows what she is talking about. The Charge Water is the best.

I barely got a greeting from the lady in the store and I asked if she carried Nature's Sunshine and she said "Yeah on the back wall". I browsed briefly struggling to find what I needed and she offered no assistance. I was the only person in the store so it's not like she was busy with another customer. It almost felt racist, any other white people have issues with this herb shop?

I had the pleasure of meeting Christina on yesterday and as I was looking over the items in the store i overheard her speaking with another patron so even tone, patient, kind and had an answer for every question. My first thought was oooh they know each other bc she was so friendly and personable NOPE that’s her demeanor with everyone. The Herb Shop has a gem in Christina she was full of knowledge and a blessing to talk to. Thank you Christiana!!!!
