I went to HotBox yesterday for a new battery and aside from their huge assortment the guys there took such great care of me. They took the time to explain and also show me all my options because I kept having problems with the ones I'd buy from like the gas station. I want to give a shout out to Andrew and Niko, they were so friendly, engaged, and thoughtful and I really appreciated it.

Niko is Awesome Sauce! He made our shopping experience the best. Helped us find everything we needed and then some. Excellent customer service charm. This is definitely our favorite vape shop where we'll be frequenting.

I walked into the store in a legit awful mood this afternoon, but Trip made sure I left happy!! 😊 This is hands down the best smoke shop around!!! They have the most AWESOME people working here.
