James was amazing, incomparable customer service & all around a fine establishment with great prices and a deep understanding of how to help your ailments and make sure you find a regimen to keep you in a comfortable state of life.

my experiences with dispensaries never went well, either with pricing or poor quality when it comes to products and service. However James most definitely set the standard for how it should be/ go. He has what you need from customer service to the products is top tier.

This first time we walked in (I can't even remember how long ago that was), I was nervous. I don't do people, new stores, or uncomfortable situations. James greeted us and I decided to just tell him what I was looking for, what my needs were, and a bit about how I liked my down time. James didn't just show us what we needed, he made us comfortable. We sat down in the seating area for chillin and we made a friend. We live an hour from Hemp World Dispensary but we still ride up to visit and restock. Comfortable, knowledgeable, CLEAN, easy to view products, and friendly yet not pushy. We won't go anywhere else. 10 out of 10, we recommend.
