I gave them a 1 because I couldn’t give them a 0. I went in on July 4th to buy some hookah. I explained to the guy in great detail that I don’t do anything sweet the only flavor I do is commissioner which they didn’t have and blueberry with mint. I like a more strong flavor. I looked at one that seemed as if it might be good and kept trying to sale me the skittles saying how good it was and not sweet at all, I even joked and said you know skittles is a candy he said it’s not sweet trust me. I told him that I don’t do sweet again. He said that it’s very popular and he promised I wouldn’t be disappointed. I left to go to the place we were going to the owner of the hookah club brought the hookah out to me after preparing it and said it’s super sweet you won’t like it, because he knows us well. I called the store back on Saturday and explained the situation to an employee and of course it didn’t go well. I asked him to speak with the guy who sold it to me or to the manager. He called me back and said since it’s opened they can’t take it back (Of course it’s opened how would I know that it’s horrible), but they can give me 30% off of the one I want. why would I waste the $21.00 on one that I can’t and won’t use, and then go into the same establishment to spend more money with them. Being a business owner of 20 plus years myself my customer would never leave unhappy or call back with an issue that I didn’t make right. They very well could have taken it back and either sold it discounted, sent it back or something it didn’t cost them $20 to buy it. It’s unfortunate because it’s literally not even 5 mins from my house and I was happy to see it opened there because we smoke a lot of hookah and they had other things there I would have purchased as well. I wouldn’t go in there to buy anything from them at all. Perhaps if the employee wasn’t so busy commenting on my body, perfume and if I lived in the area he would have known what he was talking about with Hookah flavors.
