Used to come here often but I won’t be back. The man in the ponytail was rude and refused to sell me papers despite me trying to show my passport and ID on my phone. And my phone number being in the system. It was never that serious, I’ll take my business elsewhere 🤭

This my favorite shop. The staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. Always patient and willing to help. Morgan really stands out and I love when I go and she is working.

When I walked in to Xhale City I was immediately captivated by the beauty of the merchandise inside this store. The lighting that reflects off the glass merchandise is breathtaking. I've never seen such a huge selection of glass vaping devices. There are so many choices to be made here, so I asked for help to find the right device. I was guided to the exact device I needed. I will describe it as a huge candy store for adults. There are so many great flavors to choose from. I will be back again and again. A+++ store & experience.

Bought a Pax 3 from here. I leave to travel a few days later. The Pax device won't turn on but will charge. The device is faulty. I called this location and got the rudest person I ever spoke to. She told me that warranty was after a week when untold her I had device for less than a week she told me it was 48 hour warranty. She then in most unprofessional way said "you can come in to speak with a Manager if you want". This after selling me a device for over $200 that never even turned on bc it's faulty. Worst customer service ever. I wanna give 0 stars.
