I've been shopping here for about 2 1/2 years now. I've always had a great experience here, the customer service is excellent. They are friendly and knowledgeable and if you have a problem they will try to fix it before selling you anything new. One of my batteries stopped working, he was able to fix it for me (something was just loose) so I didn't have to spend money on a new one. I love their happy hour discount, especially since they extended it to Sundays as well.

Always quick service and I can get exactly what I need here. If you're travelling a longer distance to get here and buy juice (especially larger orders), make sure to call ahead of time to make sure they have enough in stock. They also offer free battery rewrapping as well which helps to get more use out of your batteries.

I would have given this a five but it’s been closed for over a month and it doesn’t tell you that online or on the phone. This is ridiculous. Vermillion River is also not answering their phone and is closed as well

Friendly and helpful dude behind the counter, found my new favorite disposable model (elf bc5000 30$ plus tax) thanks to that kind gentleman. Impressive stock too with decent pricing to match. Definitely worth the trip to check out!

Stopped in looking for a specific product and with a battery I didn't have a charger for. Unfortunately they did not have the specific product I was looking for but they showed me a few similar products and their own recommendations. They also were able to sell me a charger for my battery, which was an unexpected benefit. Both gentlemen were very kind and helpful. When I asked questions they were answered genuinely and without making me feel dumb. They both were professionals and tried their best to help me, including giving me tips on maintenance and use! Went home with a charger and a new cartridge to try.
