I have been coming to this dispensary location for around 2-3 years. This is BY FAR the best (and most knowledgeable) dispensary in the Pinellas Park area. There is one particular employee or bud tender who has taken care of me since I started to come to this location and that is Jaye. All of the other employees have always been great and very helpful but Jaye has gone out of her way to take care of me every single time I go. I have a pretty low tolerance to this type of medication and she always knows exactly what would work for me and I have yet to be disappointed. She goes over and explains specific information about the product that i didn't even know i needed. Actually most the time I have her choose my products for me. Since I started coming to this location I have not gone to any other dispensary; I have had no need too. Between the prices and the education, I get all i need from this one spot. And seriously the prices are always SO MUCH LOWER here than anywhere else I have purchased from previous. I wanted to say thank you to the team and especially to Jaye and I plan on being a customer at this location so long as they are in business and Jaye is working there. If you are looking for a spot to go you will not be disappointed, guaranteed.

First off never use your phone in that building, got in trouble for that a few months ago there. I purchased a battery that would not work after I charged it from this place and because it was 36 days since I bought it the “manager” said I couldn’t return it? Didn’t really care or try to do anything but say how it wasn’t his fault, it was policy? Great manager, he managed to loose all of my business forever. I will never step foot in that place again! 0⭐️

Morgan is the best, every time I come in she is so kind and very helpful, as she is with everyone. I love her patience and suggestions. You know you are in good hands with her ♥️

After a few too many bad experiences with Trulieve, including a confirmation email for my order only to show up to locked doors and no notice an hour after their posted opening business hours, I needed a new place, and I'm glad I gave AYR a shot. I've spent days researching deals to find the best spot to shop from, and it was consistently in contention for the best local prices. Staff is friendly and knowledgeable, allowing me to exchange when I walked out with the incorrect product (not their fault as I forgot to clarify which container I needed) and incredibly efficient (I've never had to wait for more than a few minutes, and even then the occurrence was rare).

Wow, I am absolutely amazed with how wonderful this staff is. Kelsey, Morgan, and Drew were able to help me find exactly what I was looking for while providing me insightful information. AYR Cannabis Dispensary is one of the few companies I purchase from because their staff is so welcoming. If you are in the St. Petersburg area, make a stop at their store and you won’t be disappointed. Again, thank you to these three wonderful people!
