Simply the best prices around. The staff is also always welcoming and helpful. They are extremely quick, have your orders ready when placed online, and have ATMs available inside if needed. Never had a bad experience here and hope more people come here.

Service was amazing, staff is friendly, knowledgeable, and very helpful. I'm ashamed to say I don't remember the young man who helped me, but I told him I was having trouble sleeping and instead of just handing a nuke nugget, he guided me through a list of choices and explained then to me. I’ve been coming here since they opened even though it’s been awhile since I’ve made the trip down. I’ve always said positive energy is my favorite dispensary and the owner has always been super friendly and helpful. Yesterday I had a terrible experience and as of right now I plan to never return because of the way I was treated. I placed an order for the drive thru on Sunday night. It said for me to pick it up between 10-6pm. Yesterday I woke up really sick and laid in bed all day. At 4 I finally talked myself into making the hour long drive down to positive energy to pick up my order because they had some really good stuff even though I still felt really bad. I arrived at 5:05pm to see the doors all covered and the place closed. At that point I knew I wasn’t going to be able to get my order which sucked so I parked my car near the sidewalk and decided I was going to smoke a cigarette before I make the hour drive back home. I don’t smoke inside my new car. I then notice the employees walking out to leave so I decide to ask this nice girl why their closed early because I was going to let her know that I just made an hour drive and that the hours are wrong on their website. She lets me know that they closed for a holiday party so it was just a one time thing. I say ok thanks and I walk back to my car and am standing next to It finishing my cigarette before I leave. At that point a guy comes out to his car, I’m assuming a manager based off where he was parked up against the building with all the other employees parked across the parking lot. He drove a silver Mercedes. He says I need to move my car so that he can leave even though I’m not blocking him at all whatsoever. I kinda explain that to him that he has plenty of room to get around me and that I’m just standing there smoking my cigarette before I leave to make the hour drive and how I drove here for nothing because their closed. He says he just worked ten hours and he doesn’t care. Then he says he’s gonna go get security to make me leave. I laugh alittle and say go get security because I’m not doing anything wrong and I’ll actually be gone before you can even get to them because at this point I literally have like 2 hits of my cigarette left. The way I was made to feel when I literally did nothing wrong and you all made the mistake of not letting everyone know your closing early is crazy. I felt as though I atleast deserved to ask and find out why you were closed since the employees were right there. And Denise knowing who I am I’m sure knows that I wasn’t up there being a threat to anyone. I’d really like to think this can be made right.

I bought a cartridge there today and went home, couldn't get a hit. Tried it on two different batteries. Went back they replaced it, went out to the car, I brought my two batteries to try it out. No good took it back in, they went in the back to try it and then came out and said they were able to get to hit and they brought a pen out, for free they were going to give it to me, with special instructions on how to use it with dark oil. In 15yrs never had to use special instructions for a cartridge and the free one looked like the one my car. Told them to through in garbage the garbage and up the street to hi-tide. Hi-tide is a much nicer establishment. I'll never go back to positive energy, they put negative energy on me.

This was my first experience as an out-of-state customer at an adult-use dispensary in Maryland, and they did not disappoint! Ross was a joy to work with as our budtender! He was pleasant, knowledgeable, and had first hand experience and gave us ratings about any products we had questions about as well as his favorite products! He did a great job working within the parameters we gave him and was very good about keeping budget and quality both in mind without sacrificing either. I work at a dispensary back home and love the way they do things here, and their website is incredibly resourceful and easy to use. They had some of the best quality selection from what I could tell as well as some brands I didn’t see in other shops, which made me feel like their curation was spot on.
