Great team, great staff — Michelle is absolutely the best. Pittsburgh was in the middle of a massive snowstorm and the city was pure chaos, but stopping into Trulieve felt like a calm blessing on a hectic day. Michelle was incredibly knowledgeable, took the time to actually listen, answer questions, and explain everything in a way that made sense. I prefer this store over all the others. Their whole team is awesome — very caring, very pleasant, and truly makes the experience enjoyable.

The staff is phenomenal!! They are very up on knowing all the new products, request that I try this or that! It's always a pleasant experience & smoothe process down the Northside Trulieve !! 💯💨 Ohh if you have any questions.... Don't hesitate to ask them!! They're super chill about answering. Plus I grabbed the new RO mini today!! 🍃💨
