The people at Texas Original treated me with compassion and respect from the moment I walked through the door. And when you're new in the compassionate use program, that's really important. I have only been there twice and I already trust them. And that includes the people I spoke with who are in Austin. I talked to a guy named Jason there who was incredibly kind and helpful to me. It has been a very positive experience so far

Had a mixup that was my own fault, they were understanding, but there is no excuse for underweight product. With a scale, with weights, and verified syringe weight before use, and after use, it's ridiculous to be nearly 10-15% underweight. I guess the $10 off was for the $10 of missing product lol Other syringe contained roughly 500mg (as advertised), but the distillate was definitely shy of that 500mg by a mile.

I received a phone call & a email saying that my order was ready to pick up today. I even called earlier to make sure my order was at the Plano location to confirm just to make sure that I didn’t make a blank trip. However, when I just arrived at this location they told me that they didn’t have my order at all. I’ll never deal with this unorganized company again & I’m sharing my experience on this review to inform anyone who is thinking about dealing with these people to know what you’re getting yourself into….

Got underweight product Weighed before and after use, definitely NOT 500mg in one of the distillate syringes.
