Incredible customer service. This store has the biggest selection of inventory I have seen of any shop in San Diego. Definitely has something for everyone. Much respect to the employee who helped me at night. Incredibly knowledgeable of everything in the store. He was super helpful and friendly. Very different than most shops I go in. I felt he was Very attentive to my needs instead of trying to upsell me to make and extra dollar. Honestly It was hard for me to leave 😭... I am definitely gonna be returning long term customer and a new friend. Def would rate this a 5 star shop all around.

When I walked in and saw the sex toys first, I was confused if I was in the right spot or not. Then Martin asked what I was looking for and confirmed I’m of age (some places don’t care and that’s not ok) before treating me like royalty and showing me everything they had and making some of the best recommendations I’ve heard off of facts he knows about the industry. The customer service is exceptional, the prices and selection are top tier, and the hours make it possible for me to stop by without rushing as I usually work 12-16 hours a day. This is my new favorite spot and I will be back for as long as I live in this area!!
