Freshly arrived in San Francisco, I was drawn in by the Monday deal on November 24th, so I decided to visit SPARC (which I didn’t know at all!). Before going in, I looked through the window and saw all the products displayed on shelves, accessible to customers and beautifully presented. I walked in and was immediately met with the kindness and smile of the person at the reception (shout out to Boss 💪). I gave him my passport and he instantly started speaking French when he saw I was from France. For the rest of the conversation, he adjusted his English to my level of understanding, which instantly made me feel comfortable and welcome! After looking at the displays for a bit, another very friendly and professional staff member came over to help me and give me advice based on my tastes and his experience. -30% off my flower, -25% off my hash, and then I headed to the register, where a very pleasant young woman checked me out with a smile as well! The team is extremely friendly and dedicated. As for product quality, that’s personal of course, but there’s something for every taste — it’s best to try for yourself! A great Monday, I’ll definitely be back ❤️

Stanley went out of his way to help me so I didn’t have to wait any time to check out, and then made such pleasant conversation with me while at the counter! He recognized the products I was buying and made it overall such a welcoming experience. All of the employees in the store during my visit were so helpful (as usual)! Thank you!

SPARC on Polk Street is absolutely amazing! Hands down the best spot in SF. The atmosphere is always fun and welcoming, the staff is super friendly, and everything is top quality. Venus is absolutely amazing

Lacy C. was awesome, really delivered for us and has a nice personality! We are loving SPARC, and Lacy and all the delivery drivers have all been wonderful, and quite pleasant! Great people, great products! We would recommend everyone find their own "kind" of zen and - those 21 and older - SPARC it up! 😀

Lacy was so amazing! She showed me what to get for some awesome deals and even held my basket for me as we walked around the store. She helped me get exactly what I wanted. And she was so friendly! Thank you for a great experience!

Always a super friendly team. I feel welcomed to be there, and I don’t feel pushed around like I do at some dispensaries. Prices are solid for SF and their reward program actually builds up pretty fast. Jennifer was very welcoming.

Patrick deserves more than a 5 star review! I’ve been visiting your location every now in then, since I live out in San Pablo! Patrick was so welcoming and friendly at check out. He created me a loyalty account ( the first time I’ve heard of it). Again, I am not an active regular but have shopped here and there a handful of times. He’s positive attitude and attentiveness was on point! He was equally as excited as me when I realized you guys carry Sauce!! He let me know when all the promos will be! See you all on Wednesday!

Patrick was extraordinarily helpful. He gave great insight and knowledge about each product and had me add on to my order as I couldn’t leave the other cart. I’m excited to try and come back again. I also want to add, every single time I have visited this location (about 5-10) every single person was knowledgeable and super helpful! I work in retail and I know how many good things get sort of washed out with the negative. But I want to say. This is mine and my best friend who lives in union city (me in sf) it’s our favorite dispensary out there currently. Great product and more importantly great staff! Thank you all so much! Love the crew at Sparc. Super friendly service. Staff is knowledgeable and helpful with out being overbearing or pushy. Large selection of edibles, flowers, and concentrates. Love how every day certain products are on sale. Mondays they have my gummies on sale for 30%off. This place is 💯 worth the drive!

Always like Sparc and good Bloom deals, but had to leave praise for *Christopher* at the Polk location. Super friendly, informed and helpful with cannabis questions. Made my decision to join their frequent flyer program a done deal.
