Great place and friendly workers. I'll give them another try next time, even though it is a little out of my way. They impressed me. Thank you for the great service

The staff is nice but the store is inconsistent. I’ve been a customer for years spending thousands of dollars here. First, they “switched their POS system” and all the sudden product couldn’t be on the shelf for weeks. Literally bare shelf’s, the menu isn’t up to date so you wouldn’t know that either unless you called or came in. Then most recently they changed their whole discount program, making most of the store “non-discountable” while significantly rising prices of every item at the same time… I’ve seen a lot here over the years with them doing away with discounts (this isn’t the first time) and not including tax. I honestly don’t understand because there is a lot of other options out there so I’ve been going somewhere else now.

Everyone who works here is so kind. Always helps with a smile. Sometimes the selection is low but they always help you navigate what's left and will let you know when they restock. So far it's the best place around. I like being able to see the weed and look around instead of going up to a counter. So I prefer this kind of dispo!

This location is the closest for anyone downtown Puyallup. Great service but super low inventory. I go here when I don't feel like driving to Tacoma. I'd go here all the time if they had more inventory to choose from.

Unfortunately, this place has to be the slowest dispensary I’ve ever been to. I go all the time so I have a good idea of their service and staff. Most times, it’s an okay experience but it seems like they are constantly understaffed. A few of the employees can also be pretty rude. Their selection is the worst part. They are usually out of stock of what I want. Recently, their joint selection has been terrible. I only go here because it’s a mile away but commencement bay is the next closest and better in pretty much every way. Better prices, better service, and consistent inventory. I shouldn’t be leaving empty handed anytime I go to a dispensary. Hoping management sees this and does better. I’m very surprised with how high the review score is.
