Products are alright, but shipping is totally whack
I ordered a product Thursday morning to ensure it gets here before the weekend (quoted 1-2 day shipping) and they received my order a few hours later, but UPS still 'does not have my package'
It is now Friday, so I'm kind of doubting it will get here before the weekend. Please keep your own standards or stop quoting express 1-2 day shipping

Products are good, but only rarely and sporadically do I receive buy 2 get 1 free deals on the tincture I use. Further, there is really no rhyme or reaso to when I get it. Very frustrating.
