Don't rent a U-Haul here! I was there today with my friend. They dropped her reservation without notice! Good luck getting out of your storage space on time when you're surprised with news that your van isn't there! They said they sent a text message. She had something that came from some CRM without the Aspire name or anything related to UHaul. It looks like spam and so she disregarded it. Good thing U-Haul Moving & Storage of Sun Valley (7721 Hollywood Way) had a truck available. Still a hassle because we'd planned on a van so then needed to get rope to do tie-downs etc. Aspire should be paying for my friend's rental at a *real* UHaul but I doubt they will do it. AVOID!

Great company to do business with. Shipping is fast and their customer service is great. My sales person Devon is great. He is very responsive and a pleasure to work with.

Aspire has long been the gold standard in e-cig hardware. They constantly improve the products they bring to market, and the vast majority of the time the changes are made with the end user in mind. This particular location is the main hub and warehouse for distribution of their products in the US. Ive been to this location on several occasions and always found the experience a pleasant one. They have a large comfortable lobby and waiting area, and are usually happy to show you demo products or teach you how to use something if you arent familiar. They do get slammed sometimes, so call ahead if you want fast service.

Didn't even want to give this product one star. When I bought the "Tigon" stick vape (LESS THAN 2 WEEKS AGO!!), the juice tasted horrible. Finally, as the juice started to taste decent...the stick broke, and the button is stuck. Completely stuck, inexplicably. Didn't drop it, didn't do anything to it. I followed the warranty directions, sent the RMA form to exchange, and emailed them TWICE (because they have no actual customer service and the "Warranty Department" is by "email only"). The person at "customer service" just kept saying, I'm sure they'll respond to your email. It takes 24-48 hrs (it has now been over 5 days). No store, no warranty department, and no way to contact someone who can actually help right this situation. How convenient. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY AND THEIR PRODUCTS.

Came there to get my trailer, get harassed because of my language, the receptionist is racist, cancelled my reservation and in the end said - “Welcome to America”. That’s was funny, great to meet you.
