EDIT: Still 5 star, their prices are very good on the items we purchase regularly (vape juice and pods) and the prices of the glass are very nice too. Their glass pieces are hand picked by the owner and it shows. Very nice stuff and very friendly atmosphere. (They don't carry OPMS Kratom powders but they do have the liquid shots (extracts)) Nice little store, had everything I needed that day (Caliburn Pods and coils and salt nic) Everything you'd find in a smoke shop including Kratom and Kratom extracts.

Great customer service always have what I need or they go out of their way and get it for me! Hands down one of the best customer service as well as a long lasting friendship!!!

My most important + positive review I hope anyone reading this understands that I am being completely serious. Discount Smoke Hub & Vape in Wheeling is the greatest vape/smoke shop I know. I have personally considered myself to be to be a smoke and vape enthusiast since 2010 and that hasn't changed. I have been to countless expo's, In person stores, and online retailers but they all pale in comparison. Last night, my girlfriend suggested that we go to a smoke shop because she needed a few things. Being late the Sunday before Labor Day, I looked up what was even open unsure if anything would be. Discount Smoke Hub was the closest store that was still open so even though I had never heard of it, my girlfriend, my brother, and I decided to give it a try. As I walked in to the shop I was quickly greeted by a very friendly and genuine smile from the stores owner Mohammed. I was beyond astonished by the actual product that he had on displayed to begin with but when I saw the prices it seemed a little too good to be true. Mohammed was quick to make actual conversation while I was browsing. He showed legitimate interest in not only my personal opinions on different products that he ether had already or was unsure of carrying, but about who I was and it was refreshing. At one point I had mentioned that I had been having trouble finding a product. Though he didn't have it then, he went out of his way to order it, regardless if I was planning on coming back to buy them or not. He took showing interest in my opinions to another level by showing his commitment to top tier customer service. The last question I had asked was if this new E-liquid was any good. He right then and there handed it to me and said I could have it. Today I came back to his store at 10:30 PM on Labor Day, and what do you know... Not only is the store open, but he litterally has the exact product I had been asking about the day before. The entire experience of coming to Discount Smoke Hub for meeting Mohammed has shined much needed light on the fact that the rest of the smoke shops I have visited since the day I turned 18 have all been shams and scams. The shops I once thought were great will forever pale in comparison to this wonderful shop. Every single retail salesman which I have ever interacted with before today will never compare to the service Mohammed has done for me. 10/10 would recommend to everyone in the entire world.
