This place used to be good but the service has gone down the last two trips. 1. The prices have shot way too high when compared with other nearby shops. Im talking a whole 25% more. 2. The last two trips on both trips I was given the wrong product. Twice! First I bought three freeze juices they showed me the right ones but what I ended up getting was 1 freeze and 2 normal. Ok, normal mistake. Second trip I went in to buy coils and bought a box of 15-25 w but that was just the box, the actual product was different. When I told them they did nothing but blame other shift workers that they don't pay attention and wasn’t even apologetic. Looking at me lime if I was the weird guy. I know I can order my stuff online much cheaper but like to support local businesses but this chain has lost a customer. Beware of what they put in the bag if you do shop here.

I went there today, in desperate need of an obscure vape product & I didn't wanna drive 70 miles for it. Usually I wouldn't mind but it was my day off so - driving 2 miles to vape city and chopping it up with Andrew & another guy. He was super cool, the other guy. Andrew was aiight. 😂 But seriously - they are knowledgeable & their product selection is amazing. There is a *reason* you see "VAPE CITY" everywhere ! Y'all stay crushing it.

Worst customer service EVER! I will quit smoking if I have to go there ever again! They tell you to bring back the item if it doesn’t work and they lie! I had to buy a new vape because they did not stand by their word in replacing the one I bought that stopped working. After going back home I figured that the new one doesn’t work too so I went back and drove 25 minutes again to exchange it but they gave gave me a hard time to replace it although I went back the same day! Awful service. Looks like their vapes do not work too!! Make sure you test them before you leave and ALWAYS get a receipt!!

Writing this review for this store because this was the first one I’ve ever been talked into “up buying.” These stores no longer carry your basic disposable vape. Of course as any corporation in 2024, they only sell the intense ones that I just do not like, and are pretty pricey, 20+ dollars. It’s not even about the money, it’s the way they hit! Even if they hiked the prices, like the gas stations do, I would buy the disposable ones from here… I’ve been coming to this location and they always left me alone and let me buy what I want, but the past 2 times there was some annoying man there. He wanted to tell me “this is what my customers buy” ok. Well I’m not your customer, I’m a vape city customer and yall no longer carry the vape I like. Anyways, the buy 1 get 1 50% off will always be a good deal, so please do not stop buying from here if you like the intense ones! But for us normies…. Times up. And please don’t let the annoying kid at this location talk you out of the one you like. I will own up to that I should’ve returned within the 24 hour period, but with life, that didn’t happen

This place is always excellent! The guy working was very helpful allowing my friend to test out the devices before purchase and he allowed us to browse the juice and ask questions on just about all of them! Highly recommended for their pricing, selection, and level of customer service offered.
