Have been a frequent shopper at this location. Usually have good to great customer service at this location, until this evening. Young guy, uninterested in customers walking in. Highly doubt he could've hepled me find anything, if i needed. Wouldn't want to interrupt your Personal phone time either. Spoke in monotone and just asked his Scripted Simple questions. And the check out...you needed a Manager on site to help this kid, and keep his monotone attitude voice in check. Apparently it was way too much for him to comprehend. I will make sure NOT to shop there on Wednesdays(for starters, let me know what other days He Doesn't Work).
Hope you're not going downhill like Chipotle across the lot?

Can't open a store on time. Some of the employees are great, others tend to not know what they're talking about or have little to no experience in fitness atmosphere. Can't stress enough, store says 10am open but doesn't open on time. I've also been left at the front counter for extended times on numerous occasions waiting for someone from the back

First time shopper here.
Excellent selection and stock. I was able to easily find what I needed, but still took my time and was fairly astounded at the range of products available. Things that other popular nutrition "centers" haven't had in stock for weeks were right there on the shelf, no ordering, waiting, or trying to sell me into something else.
I'll conclude by saying the two gentlemen staffing the store when I was in were helpful and attentive without being constantly breathing down my neck and pushing for the hard sell. I don't think I'll be visiting that other popular nutrition franchise any longer.
