Clean, small store. Most of the gentlemen (and 2 of the ladies!) who work there are a vibe. Great music playing 90% of the time.

Hands down the best shop in the state! Elijah and Evan absolutely killed it with service and product knowledge, huge shout out to them! The store has a wide spectrums of products adhering to all types of customers, that paired with the gorgeous storefront and Badass product set a standard that other shops simply can’t match. I went into the smoke shop last week looking for a torch. I can’t remember the guy name who helped me but I ask him what was the best torch to buy because they had so many to choose from, he pointed out what his best one was and then he go one and explain the other ones and why he recommended this one that I brought. So I buy that torch. A few days go by and I noticed that the torch is empty so I refilled it. Now fast forward to the next day and the torch is not empty again. I finally get the energy to leave my house to go back to the smoke shop to let them know my issue with the torch and the same gentleman that helped with buying the torch was the same gentleman that told me that they can’t exchange the torch for the new one because it’s defective but he can offer me a discount on buying a new one. Now mind you the torch I brought was 20 dollars. He told me that I should of gotten the 40 dollar torch instead of the 20 dollar one but never told me that when I ask him a week ago. Now mind you money isn’t the problem I just wanted you buy torch because I am a smoker. I just feel like I was lied to and lead on and now you want me to spend more money when I could have just picked the better one in the first buy. Let just say you lost a good customer because I was actually looking to buy some pipes and hookahs. I guess I have to drive deeper in the city to go to the smoke show moving forward.
