Hello Mike, thanks for your response. It was a very bad experience like I have never experienced before that I would like to talk to you directly if possible. Update : Never received a call back or reply about the extremely rude lady that works there I have seen other similar reviews about the same lady not sure why they keep her there she tells you that she does not "smoke" and that she does not know the product leave alone the way she treated me and my wife I will take my business somewhere else going forward plently of folks need/want business

Ive been here countless times and the store owner is awesome and very knowledgeable! I'd give this place 5 stars until I met one of his employees today. This employee kept coughing within 6 feet of me and wasn't wearing his mask or covering his mouth. He was making me uncomfortable so I asked him to put his mask on which he reluctantly did while trying to give me an excuse instead of an apology. He also knew very little about the products he was selling. I'd avoid going here while Abdul is working.

Came in yesterday, This place was very resourceful and had supreme customer service. The front desk guy Nav was a shy and very respectful person which i adore and helped me out with in store selections. Some other guy was just sitting on his phone but he was also useful. 10/10 would recommend☺️✨ :)

What an awful experience! Went here to Smokers Gallery to buy some vapes, which we have purchased plenty of times before. And after my husband finished purchasing the guys behind the counter ask my husband to purchase the items he had not paid for from a previous visit! And they had video to prove it! My husband was shocked at their acquisitions but wanted to see this video. He watched their thief video with them and was able to point out clear differences btw this thief and my husband. The idiots behind the counter apologized however the damage is done. Will never go back to a place where morons like that run the place. Shame on you smokers gallery for not knowing and taking care of your customers better!
