Was given a pen that is faulty, no one asked me to try it out before I went home with it. Attempted to get it to work and even went into the store where the representative confirmed it was a bad pen and they were not able to do ANYTHING FOR ME, no refund, no switching of a pen that actually worked and now I spent $42 on a pen that doesn’t even work. You can even see the pen hasn’t been used. So disappointed.

I love going here, the selection is amazing and they really care about their customers. Tove was great, and I can't wait to go back. I swear they have the best prices in town!
