UPDATE: What makes sense to me is listening to a customer, so you can help them get something they actually like. If a customer has dislikes hear them so that those flavors aren't rambled off and confused with another. We are not allowed into the building so we could see for ourselves before we buy something. Why not put a little more effort in being helpful? I wish your reply was a little less juvenile and defensive and more professional. I'm not ignorant. I am very unsatisfied with my last visit here. I tried telling the woman what I liked and didn't like (I don't like tobacco or menthol flavored anything). I guess she didn't like being interrupted and insisted on reading out all she had. Spent over $50 for a mesh coil and TWO flavors that were menthol and tobacco flavored juice I will never use. I wasn't heard and I'm out $$$.

One of the best smoke shops in the Fort Worth area - they support local and handmade glass from all over. Super friendly staff, helpful and knowledgeable. Now opening a studio too! Can't wait to check out classes and see what is getting created right here in FW!

This one time me and my brother were trying to buy a medtainer we politely asked the man behind the counter if we could see the different containers. He then with an attitude asked if we were going to buy it? We said well yeah we're trying to buy it. He did pull them out and we bought it but it was bad customer service. He always treats me and anyone I'm with like we're not gonna buy anything. He seemed racist to me. The lady is nice once you show her your id but that guy always seems upset to help me out. To this day my brother refuses to come here. We go to many head shops and has some of the worst service around. It makes me wonder why they seem to care so much on the google page but will judge the customer before they even say anything. I'm not the only one of my friends who have said the same and worse things about this place.

London Trundle up at twisted smoke has always had great customer service, he talks to everyone with respect always and is very informative on what I need to know about what I'm purchasing. He's extremely helpful in his glad blowing classes and makes it very easy to catch onto.
