UPDATE: What makes sense to me is listening to a customer, so you can help them get something they actually like. If a customer has dislikes hear them so that those flavors aren't rambled off and confused with another. We are not allowed into the building so we could see for ourselves before we buy something. Why not put a little more effort in being helpful?

I am very unsatisfied with my last visit here. I tried telling the woman what I liked and didn't like (I don't like tobacco or menthol flavored anything). I guess she didn't like being interrupted and insisted on reading out all she had.
Spent over $50 for a mesh coil and TWO flavors that were menthol and tobacco flavored juice I will never use.
I wasn't heard and I'm out $$$.

One of the best smoke shops in the Fort Worth area - they support local and handmade glass from all over. Super friendly staff, helpful and knowledgeable. Now opening a studio too! Can't wait to check out classes and see what is getting created right here in FW!
