Went to the Livingston Ave location twice, both times they "forgot" to include the specials running at the time. Twice!! The second time I was asked to wait till they could rectify the situation. I patiently waited for nearly 30 mins just to be told to dispute the card transaction instead of being issued the difference in cash. I feel like they didn't want to deal with it. Both employees acted like they didn't care. There are too many dispensaries in the area to be treated like this. I sent an email detailing what happened and never heard anything back. Unless they refund the money I'm owed, I'll never return. If you go to this location make sure you're getting the appropriate amount off reflecting what's on special.

Hayley was absolutely wonderful and helped me get exactly what was I was looking for. Got within my budget with pennys to give back. It was spot on! They were wonderful. And also very stylish and super friendly.

This is easily my favorite dispensary around the Columbus area. The daily deals are very nice. Additionally, the staff are great. Everyone is friendly, talkative, and helpful. I have a physical disability and one of the staff noticed and helped me out in small ways such as helping open a door that I was struggling with. It made my day and goes to show how caring and respectful the employees are. Also the product itself is great too. I have not bought a single thing I was displeased with.

Cashier scolded me for walking up to the counter before being called. Well, if the previous 2 cashiers had not WALKED AWAY from the counter when it was my turn. This place is so hit or miss on customer service. I used to tip every single time, but i wont any more!

Honestly one of the worst experiences I’ve had at a dispensary… the ladies at the front seat were amazing shout out to them, but the budtender ruined the whole experience. I felt rushed, he/she never explained anything and seemed annoyed, it just seemed like they didn’t want to be there or want me there either. Will never return. At least the flower was good.

My experience was sad. After being greeted by 2 friendly security guards, I walked into the next area where 4 people guarded the next compartment of the facility. I was marveling at legalization happening after all these years and asked to see the next area that held the product- I was tersely asked if I was going to buy anything or not to which I replied I’d like to see the offerings, prices and what was going on. She snapped “it’s a yes or no question! “ I was shocked at her heinous attitude and left. The rest the place seemed clean and professional but oddly over protected.

Had a great first experience here, they were super quick and easy to talk to. I’ve been looking for a new (to me) queer-friendly space to frequent and might have just found it! Would’ve liked a broader selection but was still able to easily get what I needed for a decent price.

Awesome service! I was expecting long lines and confused workers on the first day of rec use. To my surprise, I made my order online and picked my time thinking it was going to be a while. Within 15 minutes, they pulled my order, and it was ready. I then expected this was going to be when the wait was going to happen. Wrong again! I was in and out within 10 minutes with my purchase. Im glad this company was ready for the volume with staffing and systems that were being implemented proactively. Good job, Terresana! You earned my loyalty.

Disposables are trash I have bought two different kinds one stop working immediately. And the other is very weak. Is best to shop with your neighborhood dealer instead.

Set up a pre order and went at my appointment time. I was ushered to the front of the line and walked right in. Process was very fast and efficient. I was in and out in less than 30 minutes. Prices are a bit high but that is to be expected since they just opened the recreational side, hopefully prices will go down in the near future.
