Terrasana Columbus Dispensary

Went to the Livingston Ave location twice, both times they "forgot" to include the specials running at the time. Twice!!
The second time I was asked to wait till they could rectify the situation. I patiently waited for nearly 30 mins just to be told to dispute the card transaction instead of being issued the difference in cash. I feel like they didn't want to deal with it. Both employees acted like they didn't care.
There are too many dispensaries in the area to be treated like this. I sent an email detailing what happened and never heard anything back.
Unless they refund the money I'm owed, I'll never return.
If you go to this location make sure you're getting the appropriate amount off reflecting what's on special.

Hayley was absolutely wonderful and helped me get exactly what was I was looking for. Got within my budget with pennys to give back. It was spot on! They were wonderful. And also very stylish and super friendly.
