I recently went to this dispensary. I like being ready with a list of the products I want to buy. I'm not a very talkative person (and tbh get social anxiety), so I just like to be in and out quickly. I showed the cashier pictures of the products I wanted, which I had saved from their website. The cashier questioned whether I was buying for other people. I assured that I was buying for myself, but they insisted that it seemed like I was buying for someone else and told me that I cannot be buying for other people. I totally understand being cautious, but their demeanor made me feel accused. Having to defend myself and explain multiple times that I was indeed buying products for myself left me feeling very uncomfortable.

I’ve been to this dispensary as a regular for a while. I walked in today and for some reason they couldn’t find my account and instead of trying to figure out why my account wasn’t there or offering to create a new one, the cashier asked me why I was lying to them. I’ve frequented this store and spent thousands of dollars here. All of my reward points gone without warning and I’m treated like utter ****. Worst customer service ever, 0/10 would not recommend.

Zero Stars go to this unethical business. They have "lost" all of my points. (I had over 1000 Points) This is the second time this has happened and they refuse to resolve even though employees take my phone number and promise to have a manager call me to resolve. The first time it happened, they blamed it on the vendor software that is used to track your points. The manager at that time would only offer me 1/2 of my points back which was around 750, when it should have been double that. The second time it happened, they had zero explanation, only took my number and promised a manager would be calling me, but that hasn't happened. I've been a long time customer since they opened in Wallingford, but I will never shop here again. Slim Shady runs this shop. Stay away from scam businesses like this one. As a long time customer, I was sympathetic to them as a local business as they have been broken into multiple times, however after finding out how they treat long time customers and how they scam them out of accumulated points, I am actually now cheering on the criminals that steal from American Mary Wallingford. They deserve all the bad karma they generate. *Update* As you can see below, Tony is telling me that "if I want to reach out" and then leaves his email. Tony, not only do you have my phone #, but you also have my email address. YOU should be REACHING OUT TO ME. Why haven't you contacted me to resolve Tony? Because you have zero interest in fixing this issue. If you want me as a customer again, you're going to need to do a little bit of work. Until then, I stand by this 100% accurate review of American Mary Wallingford. The Worst.

Men if I was the owner I really Consider looking into my employee how you guys are open can't answer the phone it's ringing somebody hangout up I'm calling like 6 times just to see if you guys have product now I hade to drive there just to see if you guys had the product didn't even have it horrible Customer service
