I recently went to this dispensary. I like being ready with a list of the products I want to buy. I'm not a very talkative person (and tbh get social anxiety), so I just like to be in and out quickly.

I showed the cashier pictures of the products I wanted, which I had saved from their website. The cashier questioned whether I was buying for other people. I assured that I was buying for myself, but they insisted that it seemed like I was buying for someone else and told me that I cannot be buying for other people.

I totally understand being cautious, but their demeanor made me feel accused. Having to defend myself and explain multiple times that I was indeed buying products for myself left me feeling very uncomfortable.

I’ve been to this dispensary as a regular for a while. I walked in today and for some reason they couldn’t find my account and instead of trying to figure out why my account wasn’t there or offering to create a new one, the cashier asked me why I was lying to them. I’ve frequented this store and spent thousands of dollars here. All of my reward points gone without warning and I’m treated like utter ****. Worst customer service ever, 0/10 would not recommend.
