Something I also want to note is how incredible the customer service on their website is (via chat). The response was instantaneous, and the representative literally spent 30 minutes patiently teaching me about kava preparation and benefits. I could tell his/her passion for their product, which gave me peace of mind as a first timer. It would not be an understatement to say it was some of the best customer service I have ever received, across any industry. I will be a repeat customer!

I found this business from a YouTube channel and thought I would give it a try. First off I have never tried their product before so I had questions. I have to say Zac was so helpful and answered all my questions so quickly. I realize that’s probably difficult to do with all the emails he gets but he was extremely helpful and when the product arrived I tried it and I am immediately going to buy more of it because it is so wonderful. Also I wasn’t aware of it but consider the 15% subscription savings which they advised me about which I will definitely will do on this next order.
