Great place. Front desk was very kind and polite when I entered. Easy check in and no hassle at the ordering station. Spoke with the store manager and he is very nice and personable, great conversation!! Again the THC is on spot and the prices are not to bad at all!! Def going to continue to use this spot as my go to spot from here on out. I smoke a lot too so remember this face!!

It’s rare to find a place where every step of your visit feels so thoughtfully handled, but Beyond Hello really delivers on that.

I used to go here but stopped. Gave it up but we need more competition to help set more business deals. Plus Beyond hello doesn't always carry the same things like gummies so it does make it more frustrating. We need more business to open. I liked the flowers but be careful and look for mold

I once heard this place reffered to as the Mcdonalds of weed. From the badly machine trimmed bud to the incessant wait times i promise you i only come here as an absolute last resort and truely havent had a pleasant experience not able to see the product employees taking forever to get the product to you ohh how i hate this awful monopoly of a company

If you have question, my guy Josh, know so much about the industry and the market place...for instance, the New York recreational supply is better than the Virginia medical products available...Josh explained how New York does not have regulations or testing, that the Virginia medical market must adhere to for regulations...Josh os very knowledgeable, go there

I bought flower from g leaf and it tasted horrible.. can I get credit back on my account.. I wish y’all had better customer service and people that worked there who know how good cannabis is supposed to taste and feel.

Friendly, compassionate and helpful. That's how I would sum up my experience with Beyond Hello Arlington. Also the consistently better stocked locations than their Alexandria location. Great sales and an awesome 25% senior discount on Sundays Worth the drive

Why does this keep happening 3rd time in less than 30 days that this location has changed their hours. It would be super helpful if you guys would answer your phones are update your website to show consideration for your customers. I am very upset 3rd time I have left early. So disappointing sincerely pissed! Now fingers crossed hopefully Fairfax location has not done the same. This is unbelievable please update your customers

Just leaving a bad review for no reason other than there is lots of bad ones here. Just piling on. Cannot stand stoner-managers who fluctuate store hours because of “low staff” lol

The storefront is beautiful. The staff is AMAZING. The selection is subpar at best. I have never seen a store with so few options all of the time (except for when Delaware only had one medical store operational in the entire state!!!) I genuinely enjoy the vibe, the people, and the few products I do get. But there’s almost nothing with a 1:1 ratio available (which I need for the inflammation that comes from multiple autoimmune disorders- the whole reason I got my card here in Virginia!) and when 1:1 strains/carts *are* available, they’re always near the top end of the price range. Again, the store and the staff are wonderful- but its lack of product with anything less than massive amounts of thc and almost no other cannabinoids makes this Beyond Hello location appear to be a recreational store masquerading as a medicinal shop.
