I walked in to inquire about what zero vape pens they had it went pretty well at first. The cost for what I bought was 13.99. I gave the guy a $20 but he never told me my total after I handed him my $20 I looked over on the register and noticed it was $15.11 so I said I’ll pay with my card because I don’t want all of that change in my pocket while at work. Mind you he used a key to open the drawer. The cashier said sure but the manage said we can’t do that the transaction is already complete. So I said “I paid with cash why can’t you change it” he said “I don’t have to give you an explanation I can’t do it.” So I said ok well give me back my money and keep your product!! He said “ there are no returns” mind you I have not received the product yet or left the store!! How can you tell someone you can’t return something you haven’t received yet or walked out the store with!! This manager was super unprofessional and he was yelling during this process!!

I visited the Black Market store on Chestnut street, and Sara knows her product when it comes to Kratom. She is EXTREMELY helpful when it comes to guidance using the Kratom products! Thank you for being so knowledgeable and helpful about the use of this product, for someone like me who is using this to control severe pain! The prices of Kratom products are directly in line with prices in the Southwest (I'm from AZ). Sara has a full line of Kratom products to chose from and her selection is TOP SHELF! The whole experience was a pleasure and Sara made me feel very comfortable.I recommend this business to everybody.

Unfortunately the lady at the front sold me expired quick fix and it’s impossible to get in contact with someone over the phone. If you do buy anything from this company make sure you check the dates before leaving the store. I would highly recommend the store team go through their inventory to clear out any expired products so this situation does not happen again. Big inconvenience.
