If I could give zero I would. Do not use unless you HAVE to, and if using insurance; wait until it clears insurance before providing any money to them. They attempted to steal money from the insurance company, and have stolen money from me. They refuse to pay it back, even though they received the EOB stating that I did in fact owe nothing for my device. Insurance even confirmed with them.

Edit: INSURANCE SAID I OWED NOTHING AND YOU WILL NOT RETURN MY MONEY. I do believe your response of, "[y]our insurance controls everything including what you have to pay - we don’t set that price your insurance does" does in fact confirm my statement. Why are you keeping my money if insurance is stating I do not owe anything? Literally months of going back and forth, and this issue still is not resolved. Insurance even called to ask why you weren't billing correctly or returning my money. You stated you would. You still have not!
