ALL ABOUT THE MONEY. Incessant follow-up calls to try and make me fill more scripts, it was harassment actually. Dr. Didn't explain anything, quick to rush me off the phone. Never sent a script. Literally waited months, I actually forgot about it, then called 5 months later to have it sent to me. VERY EXPENSIVE compared to other services which I only learnt after my GP had sent me here. Its all bullshit. Go to Horizon Health Natural Medicines. They actually have legit, trained medical professionals.

Worst customer service, theyre absolutely uselsss I had to go through 3 different calls send them money for one of the calls that lasted 2 minutes just for me to have another call a week later, then for them to tell me the documents I had sent them from my GP was useless, and so I straight up told him that all the phone calls and the money i sent was for nothing and then he just hung up on me. SAVE YOUR TIME AND MONEY AND GO SOMEWHERE ELSE.

DON'T USE THIS SERVICE. A TOTAL SCAM. I WAS STUPID IN NOT READING PREVIOUS REVIEWS; MY MISTAKE. THEY DIDN'T RETURN CALLS. I SENT THEM REFERRALS AND EVERYTHING THEY REQUESTED AT LEAST 3 TIMES. THIS STARTED IN JULY; IT'S NOW NOVEMBER. FINALLY GOT AN APPOINTMENT (ALREADY HAD PRE-SCREENING CALL) THEY HAD ALL MY INFORMATION THEN. I PAID FOR AN APPOINTMENT IN ADVANCE (STUPID OF ME) WAITING IN THE LOBBY TO BE ENTERED IN FOR 35 MINUTES. TRIED CALLING ALL THE NUMBERS I HAVE FOR THEM IT WOULD RING AND DISCONNECT. THEN I RECEIVE A TEXT STATING WE CANNOT PROVIDE SERVICE. ENRAGED, WILL BE REPORTING THEM TO THE ACCC. TOTAL SCAM.

Over the 8 weeks I would call CA Clinics to be put on hold then the phone to be shut on my face then unable to call as the line was closed. I was averaging 7-8 calls a week, had gotten through 2 times! Once being promised the matter will be addressed by the end of the workday but that didn't happen. Been chasing them up for over 8 weeks now for a urgent matter but to no avail. Don't reply to emails, nor do they do what they promise. I would highly recommend that you go elsewhere

DO NOT GO TO CA CLINICS. Horrible customer and medical service. Unable to call them unless you’re spamming their number and email inbox. The doctor made an error on my script which meant that I wasn’t able to use the script, informed them of this error and they told me I had pay for an appointment for them to fix their mistake! Incredibly disgusted by this, I already paid money to get these scripts and now they are telling me that I had to pay more for them to fix the scripts they messed up. AVOID THEM.

not punctual in meetings that they arrange themselves. Not competent as to required documents. at the last minute they cancel the arranged meeting. when it comes to payment they are first.. this is a company, not worth recommending.

I rang the Perth number only to find out it is for a video link in Sydney. Cost me $450 for a video conference to a doctor. After two more video conferences I tried to fill out a Medicare claim form unfortunately the Doctor or the clinic has no provider number. I know the medication is not on the PBS but really a Doctor with no provider number! Buy it off the bikies its cheaper.

Their service has really taken a dive recently. Cancelling appointments with no alternative bookings made, i.e stealing money from the customer. Long hold times on the phone, never used to be this bad.

I booked a Telehealth Appointment with CA Clinics. Waited. Unfortunately, they did not even bother trying to call me for my appointment. They cancelled it 15 minutes before the time. Turns out they did not even ask for my phone number, that’s why they didn’t call. Useless. Such a disappointment and a let down!
I rescheduled, I waited again. Then I finally had my Appointment with Dr Ronnie Varkey who was rude and unhelpful. I did not end up getting the help I needed.
I do not recommend CA Clinics, in fact, I would tell you to try anywhere else first before trying CA Clinics. I wouldn’t even recommend CA Clinics as a last resort in all honestly as it is a waste of time and the reviews speak for themselves, I just wish I had read the reviews before booking and wasting my time.

Do not use these people. There is now only 1 Dr who is not even aware of what is available to be prescribed so when the script they write can't be filled you have to talk to the incompetant phone staff who do not have the capacity to do what they say they will do to get a correct script. You will wait and wait and endure severe frustration and they really don'tgive a damn. They are supposed to be a medical supplier, what a joke. Go anywhere but here.

The most unprofessional, incompetent"medical" service I've ever dealt with. If I don't constantly call them to remind them that they've forgotten to send out my script it just doesn't happen. Because of this , I'm regularly running out of medication. Any time I call, no one knows what's going on and I get put on hold for extremely long periods, only to be told they'll call me back. I have no idea how they hold any form of medical/pharmaceutical licence.

Terrible staff responses and average Doctor, I explained the oils are not working and hitting me to hard or not at all or way to late at night. I was told to take more and take it earlier, I requested a vape or flower for a more immediate effect and was told by the Dr I don't want this drug to become a new opiod epidemic. So take this information and the reviews back to your referring Dr or Med Centre and hopefully they can stop sending Vets here. Communication is terrible as I was told the center is in Sinagapore and I was also threatened if I want to leave the it'll be hard for another Doctor to issue or script me a Schedule 8 Medicine. I have sent multiple emails in regards to no scripts at the chemist, or just general questions on how to use and times to take. I have other Veterans say they recieved a info pack on how to use, the effect, adverse effects and pros and cons of each variant and who to speak to if your drug tested. All I got was your script is at Terry White then when I arrived at Terry White was told my escipt was actually sent to a private pharmacy 10km away. Average wait time is 10 -15mins on the phone and they usually have no idea whats going on or they use they only have one DVA Specialist and Dr so appointments can't be changed. Hopefully we can find a good Aussie based clinic.
