Its all bullshit. Go to Horizon Health Natural Medicines. They actually have legit, trained medical professionals.

Worst customer service, theyre absolutely uselsss I had to go through 3 different calls send them money for one of the calls that lasted 2 minutes just for me to have another call a week later, then for them to tell me the documents I had sent them from my GP was useless, and so I straight up told him that all the phone calls and the money i sent was for nothing and then he just hung up on me.
