The three stars are for the amazing staff (including the head pharmacist who is awesome). The additional 2 stars are for CVS corporate. I am a type 1 diabetic, and they are never able to have the insulin I need available. I am writing this 4 days after my prescription was supposed to be filled. They told me they ordered the medication, but the supplier didn't deliver it. This has happened multiple times. I'm no longer a CVS customer. I switched originally from the Seco Canyon CVS (terrible) to this one (amazing staff) ... but if they can't get my medication in, I need to look elsewhere.
Edit: I've been going to a Big box chain pharmacy fora few months now with NO ISSUES keeping my insulin in stock. CVS is the problem, folks... the people that work there are lovely. Corporate making it difficult for lovely people to do their jobs well is shameful.
