“ 444.004. OFFENSE FOR DISTRIBUTION OR SALE OF KRATOM PRODUCT TO MINOR. (a) A person commits an offense if the person distributes, sells, or exposes for sale a kratom product to an individual younger than 18 years of age.”

The employee didn’t let me browse their selection of Kratom products before rudely asking for my Id. Once I showed it to him he told me “Keaton is legal for over 21” once I corrected him he tried to lie to me by saying “that’s not the rule in Texas”, once again I corrected him to no avail.

Please train you’re employees correctly or maybe teaching a better work ethic as the employee was on his phone standing outside before I even got in there, as well as educate you’re employees about the laws of the items THEY are selling, losing money for the business owner.
The employee was working the morning shift of 8-22-24 and was a Hispanic short brown hair and wearing red sweatpants.

come to this shop all the time and it always has what I’m looking for. Very clean and organized, the guy who’s working there Al is helpful and is always on point with his knowledge of what he sells there. Love this shop. Parking sucks either have to cross the street or get yelled at by some lady but where else am I suppose to park, oh well least the shop is good with great costumer service so it always has me coming back.
