Leah at the Shelbyville Rd store is incredibly sweet and very helpful! Every employee that works for Encore is very friendly and I’ll keep going back!

The worst smoke shop I’ve been too. To start there products don’t even work most of the time before selling you and if you make it out of the store with one that actually works you have a same day return policy only. It won’t make it to day 3. The worst part unfortunately is the customer service I received from the male employee no need to get into it just the disinterest for working at what I think is a cool job is unbelievable. 0 stars.
