While I love E+ROSE smoothies, I consistently have to wait 30+ minutes for them to make it. I even order ahead sometimes and drive there after 20 minutes and then wait 10-20 more minutes while I watch staff stand around and talk. Even in the middle of the afternoon when it’s slow and 5 people working I had to wait 28 minutes.

My wife and I are long time customers of E + Rose, so I don’t take pleasure in posting this. The service and atmosphere are top tier, and the menu has great variety, however over the last year, the Açaí bowls have significantly declined in quality. They have gone from overflowing with fruit and toppings to the smallest portions possible. They look more like bowls of wet porridge with a couple pieces of fruit than acai bowls. For the price you pay for them, I don’t think they should be reducing the quality as much as they have.
