FLUENT Cannabis Dispensary – Coral Gables

Went in today and bought the deal for 3 mini mood cartridges which shared the same flavor, they all tasted completely burnt/empty to which workers responded to very kindly by exchanging them. However the second group of flavors I was given also share the same exact taste which is quite literally what an empty cartridge out of wax taste like. I am very disappointed since all 6 cartridges were reduced from my limit and I will not be using them. Will not be returning for this brand ever again and I do not recommend the purchase of this brand since it seems for now all their inventory shares the same unpleasant taste.

There were 5 or 6 employees but only 1 taking customers. Then the employee used my points on a discounted item making me loose all my points on an item that was already discounted as points only apply to full price. Terrible staff training.
