Bought a battery and a few carts earlier in the week from this store and had an issue with the battery pre heating in my pocket. Long story short, oil leaked out into my battery and the grocery smelt like straight gas because it kept running in my pocket. Happened again today and my new battery and cart were ruined. (Yeah yeah, battery should’ve been shut off, I know)

They would only replace the battery… manager kept it short and said theres nothing he could do about the cart. Not true - you choose to make that call. Returns are totally possible for recreational cannabis especially for defective products. They would rather not “waste” it on Metrc. Yup, Calling a spade a spade.

Really choose not to even make it an issue in the store because ive been on the other end of that convo with angry customers and having been a GM in cannabis. Your bottom line wont suffer by doing the right thing.. ESPECIALLY in house brand vapes.
