Not sure if it is just us but everytime my wife does an online pick up I get a confirmation email saying its being processed and then she shows up and the budtender tells her they don’t see it in their system…how can this be the case when we’ve been told multiple times you’ve upgraded your system? And she’ll go in and see other online orders ready waiting to be picked up. Please let us know if there is something we need to do to make sure the order goes through because it’s happened since you’ve been open and it’s very frustrating. The whole point of an online system is for faster service and getting there and finding out they “can’t find the order” is not giving an easy experience. Not sure if the budtenders just don’t want to do their job, or maybe people no show and their tired of making orders for no reason but there are plenty of places that offer a seamless online pickup, not sure what the issue is here.

I submitted my order, on my way to the store. And I had the door locked in my face at 9:45 but the woman one step ahead of me she could go in. If you’re open till 10, why are you pulling the door locked on people at 9:45? All you had to do was take the cash . Not coming back.

I stopped visiting other rec. Dispensaries because the products I've been purchasing here are very good consistently 👌🏽 (about 3 years now, mostly flower) The bud tenders are really cool & knowledgeable. Every single time they suggested a particular product that I was inquiring about it was on" point "!

Valid dispensary, good customer service. Although I find them to be a bit pricier, especially as of recently, I find they excel with cart selections. In terms of flower, I was able to discover brands here, because they sold eighths for less $ than the same product and weight at different dispensaries. They were priced competitively so I would come here a lot. Now I pop in every so often, if I see they have something nice. Their green4all branded flower leaves a lot to be desired though. I can't remember strain names now but I've purchased their 8ths at least 8 or 10x and 80% of the time it was dry. Even between 17-20% THC I needed to smoke like 3 joints to feel it. Overall, it's worth checking them out because they have good products. Just gotta know how to navigate and shop around.
