Not sure if it is just us but everytime my wife does an online pick up I get a confirmation email saying its being processed and then she shows up and the budtender tells her they don’t see it in their system…how can this be the case when we’ve been told multiple times you’ve upgraded your system? And she’ll go in and see other online orders ready waiting to be picked up. Please let us know if there is something we need to do to make sure the order goes through because it’s happened since you’ve been open and it’s very frustrating. The whole point of an online system is for faster service and getting there and finding out they “can’t find the order” is not giving an easy experience. Not sure if the budtenders just don’t want to do their job, or maybe people no show and their tired of making orders for no reason but there are plenty of places that offer a seamless online pickup, not sure what the issue is here.

The second I walk in the door These folks made my girl and I feel welcome, and this was our first visit. This place had great vibes much love, we shall return again and again.
