I told her I don't speak Spanish then she replied back in English that she doesn't speak English and hung up on me. I can't believe this is America and you can't communicate in English while working for a English named business. Then get treated like a second rate citizen for speaking English in your own country. That person working there should be ashamed of herself. They should be reported to the BBB. That is such bad customer service! 😕 I cannot believe I was hung up on for not speaking Spanish
